Do You Have a Distorted View of Yourself and Risky Driving Behavior?

Are you a safe driver?  Are you sure?  A recent Allstate Insurance Company survey found that while most people believe that they are safe drivers, those same people admit to risky driving behavior.

For example, about 66% of drivers surveyed indicated that they were excellent or very good drivers.  Yet, many of these drivers admit to speeding, driving while tired, drunk driving, talking on a cell phone while driving, or texting or emailing while driving.

Some experts believe that further education of drivers will be insufficient to stop the dangerous behaviors and that, instead, states must develop and enforce laws that prevent dangerous driving behaviors.

If you are involved in a Pennsylvania accident where the other driver really was the one who was unsafe, then it is important to contact a personal injury attorney today for more information about your rights and potential recovery.
