Ethen Ostroff
Associate
Ethen Ostroff is a personal injury lawyer and part of the trial team at Ostroff Injury Law.
A persistent and fearless legal advocate with a competitive core, Ethen Ostroff has built a toolbox of skills that make him a formidable opponent to those who have harmed his clients. He leverages cutting-edge technology in the courtroom to present facts clearly and succinctly. His outstanding research skills have been instrumental in several multimillion-dollar cases. To his clients, Ethen is an empathetic person and an excellent listener.
Ethen has been building this balance his entire life. As the son of founding firm partner Jon Ostroff, Ethen grew up with Ostroff Injury Law. He watched his father, one of the top personal injury lawyers in the country, build a prominent practice starting with just three people. By age 12, Ethen was helping the firm with case transcriptions and answering the phones. Prior to passing the Bar, he worked as a case manager at Ostroff Injury Law for two years. It was in that role that Ethen began honing his skills as an outstanding researcher who can uncover and organize critical details that help win cases and lead to higher settlement amounts. Now, as an associate at the firm, he puts in practice what he has been training for his whole life.
Ethen’s use of technology to convey facts during trial has been integral in many cases. From collaborating with other companies to creating his own trial graphics, Ethen has mastered the ability to illustrate a process or problem when words will simply not suffice. While working at Ostroff Injury Law and as a law clerk for another leading Philadelphia law firm, Ethen used these talents in several cases for catastrophically injured clients.
Prior to working at Ostroff Law, Ethen worked at Eisenberg Rothweiler, a well renowned personal injury firm in Philadelphia during his third year of law school. Ethen worked intimately with legend Ken Rothweiler and Todd Schoenhaus on several multi-million-dollar matters. Working at Eisenberg Rothweiler allowed Ethen to see how experienced trial lawyers must know the micro details in order to serve their clients adequately.
