Rachael Gutierrez Wins 2019 Employee of The Year
Congratulations to our Case Manager, Rachael Gutierrez, on winning our first annual Employee of the Year award!
As one of Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers’s five Case Managers in the Pre-Litigation Department, Rachael works closely with our attorneys and staff to effectively manage our clients’ personal injury cases. She serves as the first line of communication with our firm’s clients, helping us to move each injury claim towards a successful resolution. Rachael and our other case managers regularly correspond with clients, allowing us to stay on top of proving fault, following medical treatment and making sure medical bills are paid. In her role, Rachael also deals daily with insurance companies, medical providers, and police departments on behalf of our clients.
