Almost 94,000 leading lawyers around the world are eligible to vote. Best Lawyers has received more than 11 million evaluations on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their specific practice areas. The Best Lawyers in America 2020 edition ranks more than 62,000 leading lawyers, resulting from 8.3 million votes. Lawyers never pay a fee to be listed; therefore, inclusion in Best Lawyers is a singular honor.

Jon continues to receive accolades for his outstanding legal work. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum; fewer than one percent of U.S. lawyers are members. He and his three partners are included in the latest edition of The National Trial Lawyers “Top 100 Lawyers,” an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state. Jon is also an Honorary Fellow of the America Bar Foundation, an honor granted to lawyers in the top one-percent nationwide. This and other recognition exemplifies the reputation Jon has built among his peers and within the legal community.

For nearly three decades, Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for injured victims. The firm has fought for clients against negligent parties in lawsuits involving passenger and commercial vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents and medical malpractice. The firm has received national recognition for recovering more than $21 million against Greyhound Bus Company for a group of clients after Jon proved during a six-week trial that the company’s recklessness led to a massive highway bus crash in Pennsylvania.
