How Did Toyota Deal With Defective Vehicles Prior to the Recall?

A new report suggests that before the unintended acceleration recall, before the publicity, Toyota secretly bought back cars with speed control defects.  A class action lawsuit filed against the auto giant was recently amended to reflect this new development.  The plaintiffs in the class action suit plan are trying to prove what Toyota knew, when they knew it, and what they did to protect people from unintended acceleration accidents.

A Toyota spokesman did not deny this claim.

If you have been hurt by a defective Toyota or any other defective vehicle then you may be entitled to damages.  Contact a Pennsylvania car accident lawyer today for more information about your rights.
