"My job is to take care of our office and its staff, so that our employees can focus on taking care of our clients."

Before becoming the General Manager at Ostroff Injury Law, I worked in various areas of administration at a large, center city law firm. I came to Ostroff Injury Law because I felt I would really enjoy the personal, caring environment. I believe in Jon Ostroff's philosophy that if we treat our employees well, then our employees will treat our clients well. Therefore, my job is to take care of our office and its staff, so that our employees can focus on taking care of our clients. By maintaining proper procedures, good communication and a productive attitude, our employees achieve positive and efficient results for our clients.

Our attorneys and paralegals work extremely hard to give our clients the respect and service they rightfully deserve. I enjoy the camaraderie of the office and our sense of accomplishment when we achieve a great result for one of our clients.

My goal as general manager is to indirectly service our clients through superior management of the office.
