Firm Profile
Jon Ostroff has received numerous honors and awards, which demonstrate the depth of his commitment to his clients, the legal profession, and helping those affected by the tragedy of drunk driving.
In reflection of his commitment, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) has frequently called upon him to be a featured speaker at various functions. Because Jon himself has lost friends and has family members who've endured severe injuries and loss at the hands of drunk drivers, he is deeply committed to the many victims of these tragic crashes.
Because of the excellent results he has obtained on behalf of the many victims of drunk driving crashes and the unwavering commitment he has shown to these victims while handling their cases, MADD representatives recommend Jon to crash victims who contact the organization in search of a lawyer to represent them.
Additionally, Jon was honored by US Supreme Court Justice Hon. Stephen Breyer and Special Master Kenneth Feinberg for the pro bono work he performed on behalf of the victims of the 9/11 tragedy. Jon handled the country's first formal 9/11 hearing before Special Master Feinberg. This case set important precedents that benefited thousands of individuals who filed subsequent claims with the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund. For this work, Jon was also a member of and honored by Trial Lawyers Care, which is the group of lawyers that led the largest pro bono effort in history following the horrific events of 9/11.
Simply stated, Jon is deeply committed to his clients, his profession, and his values. Jon has been focused solely on Pennsylvania personal injury claims since his graduation from Delaware Law School in 1989. Prior, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Business School at Pennsylvania State University. While in law school, Jon held the prestigious position of assisting Honorable Daniel Hermann, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.
Jon Ostroff, as his accolades and honors reveal, is committed to aggressively representing his clients and helping the needs of the community. He has tailored his firm to handle fewer cases so he can give each case his undivided attention. If Ostroff Law represents you, you can count on having a passionate attorney on your side who will fight for every nickel you deserve.
