Easter Weekend Traffic Fatalities Decrease Significantly in Midstate

68 accidents were investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police in the middle section of the state over the Easter holiday weekend. Of those 68 accidents:

  • 22 people were injured.
  • 12 accidents were alcohol related.
  • 2 people were killed.

In 2010 8 people were killed in traffic accidents over Easter weekend. As a Reading personal injury lawyer I am pleased to see the decrease in fatal crashes and hope for a similar trend through the summer holiday weekends.

However, to those who lost loved ones or who were injured in these accidents, I extend my best wishes during what this difficult time.
